Hi, my name is Lucy.  I am between 4-5 years old and I am 10 lbs of pure joy and energy. I have been keeping really busy since my days of being a puppy producer are over. In my foster home I have two cavalier sisters and 3 cats. My cavalier “sisters” like to play with me…the cats, not so much! Maybe it is because I have taken over one of their cat beds. It fits me so well since I am a small little girl. I am learning about going potty outside and I already know some commands. I especially like learning new things because my foster Mom gives me a cheerio when I get it right. I like walking on a leash and really like other dogs.  My ideal home is one where there is another dog for me to be with all the time.  

Before I came to stay at my foster home I was in a place where I didn’t get taken care of very well. I have a condition called “dry eye” and need drops in my eyes 3 times a day for the rest of my life. I am so happy to be getting this help because a few weeks ago I would occasionally bump into things but my vision has improved a whole lot since the drops make my eyes feel a whole lot better. If you want to learn more about dry eye my foster Mom says you can “Google” it. I don’t know what that means but it must be something good because she smiles when she says Google. I get drops alternated with ointment every other day and it costs less than $10 per month for these medicines.
