The best word to describe him, with his family and in a stable environment that he is comfortable with...FUN!!  The best home for Justin is a family that enjoys walks and a family with children that are older then 6.  His foster home is a busy active, home and he does very well here.  He needs time to adjust to new people, but as long as he has a crate and can be given his space he is content.  As long as his family does not push or force new people and meeting them on him he will be fine.  He is full of life, and so enjoys playing, being with you, just startles easily at some things.  In the comforts of his own home, he is very easy to live with, if they want an active bouncy boy who likes his cuddle time too.
