Lexie - TX

Lexie is a sweet, little 5 year-old blenheim female who came to rescue from a puppy mill in Oklahoma. She is a little skittish around people initially, but is getting better every day. If you reach for her too quickly, she will cower away, but she is beginning to get more confident and realize people are not so scary.  She has learned to use the doggy door and is very proficient at going in and out of it. She gets along well with other dogs and sleeps in the bed with her foster mom and dad at night. Her foster mom and dad love watching her run and play in the backyard although sleeping is by far her most favorite pasttime. She will be happiest in a forever home where there are no small children.

Lexie is beginning to realize that she is safe and loved and now the happiness is starting to shine through. She is such a grateful, bumble and lovely little girl.
