Update: thanks to our generous donors, Finnegan had surgery and is doing well.  He's happy in his new life with his permanent home.

Initial report: Finnegan was left at a Kansas vet with 6 other dogs with instructions to euthanize.    At only nine weeks old, we discovered that he has a heart condition and needs specialty care and most definitely at least one surgery.    As    soon as he has grown, we intend to get him the surgery he needs.    Every day for this feisty little guy is a blessing and a gift from above.    He has a positive outlook on life, is enjoying every single day and living it to the fullest.
