My name is Dolly, because I am a little doll! I am one of the lucky dogs that came from the TN mill raid and am so happy that Lucky Star and the HSUS saved me! I have only been in my foster home for about a week, but so far- I love it. I love to sleep beside my foster sisters, and I have been using a dog door to go outside with them. They are great but I would do just as well as an only dog because I love attention and sitting on my foster mom and dad's lap. Really, I like nothing better than being with my person, and I love to nap in the big bed. I am still working on housetraining. I love to walk on a leash, or shall I say prance.
I was fully vetted and have clean teeth now!! I lost one tooth, and my foster mom is putting it under her pillow for me hoping the tooth fairy brings me a treat!! The vet said he thinks I'm 3-4 years old, though it seemed like forever living in a cage and making babies. Thank goodness I'm spayed and don't have to breed ever again!!
Dolly would probably do best in a home with someone with her most of the day and one without small children. She also should have a securely fenced yard (no electronic ones). Dolly is being fostered in Racine, Ohio. If you are interested in this little doll baby, please fill out an application, with your location listed.
