 Eli is a handsome, 6yr old tricolor male  who came to Lucky Star from a breeder with several breeds and and many dogs.  He is a boy who is always happy with a tail that never stops wagging. A 19lb. lovable bundle of joy! He spent his life as a breeding male but has adjusted beautifully to freedom.  He loves to go for walks (does well on a leash) and also enjoys riding in the car.  He gets along great with all dogs and does well in his crate, never an accident! He is making progress with housetraining with the help of a belly band.  He loves to lay in your arms while being rocked to sleep---a bit of a snorer!  He also enjoys snuggling with his foster siblings. Eli recently has shown an interest to toys and nylabones.  He is missing a few teeth and after having his cleaning, had an additional tooth extracted.  He has a Grade 2 heart murmur, but does not require any medication.  His lower eyelids roll inward, a condition called entropia, but is not an issue at this time.  His knees are in great shape, perfect for his morning and evening walks!  His ears were in bad condition from poor medical care, but have improved since proper treatment.  Eli is a real sweetheart with a face you gotta love!
