My name is Ray, Ray Ray, Raymond and sometimes "no". 

I am a 6 month old ruby cavalier. I am not potty trained but I "try" daily for my foster family. I wear a belly band daily and go out to try ALOT...ill get it some day, my foster family has been working really hard with me while we are quarantined.  I like my kennel and sometimes during the day I go in there for a nap...but my favorite place is the sofa or my foster mom's lap.  I love to play with my foster brother (a fellow cavalier) we play chase and run circles in our house.  I also love to chew on my favorite toy a hoof from Hollywood Feed.  I can also fetch a tennis ball, funny because people say I look like a baby retriever . I do bark a little but only when want to eat or play.  I sleep through the night in my kennel but I am up EARLY and there's no going back to sleep!  I am hungry in the morning and I'm ready to play! 

I am very sweet and still learning not to jump! The stairs scare me but my foster family has worked with me and I am an expert at going up...coming down sometimes is a bit tricky but I'm really trying! I am good with children as long as they respect boundaries, toddlers will not be a good idea

Ray requires a securely fenced yard, no exceptions.  He had a good health checkup and has been neutered and vaccinated.  Home with another canine play companion, activity level and patience to keep up with Ray and continue his housebreaking will be considered and only those within a reasonable driving distance.  If you meet these requirements, please complete an application first, then contact Mary Coyne, mary401339@aol.com of your interest.  We will respond to those who meet his needs.
