Due to the overwhelming response, we are no longer accepting applications for Darla's adoption.  We will be reviewing those we have received.  We will contact you if we want more information or if you are under consideration.  Thank you all.  

Darla is a 1 1/2 year old ruby female Cavalier who came to Lucky Star from a shelter in Arkansas.   She was surrendered by her owners, the innocent victim of a divorce.   Darla has blossomed while in foster care, getting lots of attention from a family.   Darla loves to run and play with the children in her home.   She absolutely must have a family who is available to pay attention to her and a securely fenced yard (not an invisible fence).   She needs to be included in family activities.   She is well-behaved, has good manners, is house trained and is a good sleeper.   She follows her foster mom everywhere. There were no noted health issues at the time of her vetting.
