Meet beautiful Carli,  her name meaning "One who has freedom".

Carli came into rescue from a breeder, she is between 3-5 years old. When she arrived she had one eye missing, heart worms and obviously over bred. She is making wonderful progress, she is beautiful and on the petite side with the heart of an angel.  She quickly wins the hearts of everyone she meets as she has such a joy for life and loves all people and animals, big and small. She is a quick learner, she is leash trained, rides in the car very nicely and will sit for a treat.  She loves to play with stuffed animals, especially the ones that make squeaky noises and will take all of them to the sofa and roll and love all over them, this makes everyone in the house laugh as she is such a little comedian. She also likes to play tug of war and chase with her big foster sister.  She sleeps in the big bed with her foster parents and will snuggle up to her foster mom and sleeps peacefully all night. Carli is potty trained without a doggy door, but does know how to use one. She loves to run around the backyard and tell the world in her bark language "I am here world, I am happy and free" this makes her foster mom smile. Carli is not a runner but because of her disability requires a secured back yard.  Carli's favorite place is with her foster mom. She follows her around the house just waiting for her to land so she can curl up in her lap.  

Carli's disability does not keep her from doing anything a two eyed Cavalier can do other then occasionally bump into you softly if you are walking on her blind side.  Carli does suffer a little from separation anxiety with excited barking when her person leaves but calms down after a bit. She is learning that when her foster mom leaves she will comes back and her anxiety has calmed down significantly. Carli does not like crates, they cause her anxiety so a crate free home is preferred. Another small dog to play with and older children would also be the idea home for her.  This special girl so deserves to find that special family who will love her unconditionally, protect her and take care of her forever.
