~~ 5 year old Colleen is a petite retired breeder who is enjoying her life as a Lucky Star girl. She is a bit shy when first meeting new people but will approach them immediately and then shy away until she is sure she can trust them.  With her foster Mom she has discovered that being held and snuggled in a lap is a wonderful thing. She loves her cavalier sisters in her foster home and enjoys playing and running in the yard. She especially loves playing with toys. She has a special plush snowman that she carries around with her. She sleeps in a crate by the bed all night. She is well on her way to being housetrained with very few accidents. Those usually occur when it is raining; she is not fond of wet grass and needs to be encouraged to go out.

Colleen needs another small dog to play with in her forever home; she will not be adopted as an only dog. She also needs a securely, physically fenced yard. She is a very pretty and happy little girl who is looking for a new family who will continue to show her that life as a loved pet is a wonderful thing.
