Romeo  is well named because he sure is a lover.   He's an outgoing, wonderful, handsome  boy. He loves to go for walks, loves to be close to you and likes getting his chin scratched. He gets along great with other dogs and is fine with cats. Very happy-go-lucky. He likes to be with his “person” and follows his foster mom  around the house. He will paw her when they are sitting on the couch and he wants to be petted. He gives the best kisses and looks so cute.   

When  their owner could no longer keep them, Romeo came into rescue with his lifetime buddy Keely, a very sweet black and tan girl  who is listed on our site also. The optimum situation would be if they could be adopted together.   However, we would consider splitting them up if an adopter has   at least one other dog in the home for companionship.  Romeo's in good physical shape and  currently has  no heart issues.
