Meet Carter a very handsome energetic 5 year old black and tan boy. He is 22 lbs of pure energy just waiting for someone to run and play with. He is an exceptionally friendly guy who never meets a stranger. He will greet you with a wagging tail and wraps his paws around you every time he sees you, even if you just left the room for one minute! He gets along great with other dogs and loves to play fetch and chase. He is housebroken and has mastered the doggy door. He has been treated for heartworms, has been neutered and has no heart or patella issues.   

This guy is one loveable Cavalier that likes to snuggle close and just can’t get enough of his human(s). He adores people and cannot believe his good fortune to be rescued. He loves little things that other dogs take for granted like a warm soft bed, food, love...and more food!
