Buddy is a very sweet and gentle Blenheim boy. The vet estimated his age to be about 3-5 years old. He walked into the foster family’s home for the first time as if he had always lived here. He loves to sleep next to his foster Mom while he's on the couch watching TV. He would no doubt love to hang out with any human. He loves to have your hands on him 24/7 and he will nudge your hand for you pet him. He is in sound shape and has no health issues. He is a big boy weighing in at 32 pounds.  Also, for some reason his tail was docked or somehow removed. 

Since coming into rescue, Buddy had all his vaccinations, heartworm and fecal tests, has been put on heartworm/flea prevention and had a dental.   His vet check revealed a grade 1 heart murmur on a six-point scale. No medications are needed.  Buddy’s house manners are impeccable; he has not had even one accident in his foster home, he takes his turn when receiving treats, and already knows his place in the kitchen for breakfast.

He is a great dog and would make a lovely addition to a family.  He is wonderful with children. He gets along marvelously with the foster family’s other dogs. He loves to be a part of everything you do and his tail never stops wagging. A dog companion would be OK with Buddy but he would be fine being the only dog too.

Look into Buddy’s big brown eyes and you will see what his foster family see’s . . . a beautiful, loving Cavalier that yearns for his own family, a family that sees his true spirit and embraces his gentleness, and kisses his Blenheim spot (it is shaped like a heart) every morning and every night. Buddy needs a hero for all time to love and be loved.
