Brooke is a 7 year old girl who is heart clear, has absolutely no other health issues and is up to date on all vaccinations and dentals.  She has an exceptionally happy Cavalier attitude and her tail only stops wagging when she is asleep!  Before she came to us she recently had a litter of puppies so her coat is still coming in with the expected Cavalier texture and fullness.

Brooke is very smart and taught herself the first day in foster care how to use the dog door by simply watching the other dogs.  She has discovered, since she left the puppy mill, that she loves to be touched and is very, very loving and is seeking someone to love her forever too.  She will let you love on her for as long as you are willing to pet her and especially likes to have her ears rubbed and scratched.  She is very alert and is inquisitive to new sounds either from other dogs, animals or the TV or radio.  She likes to sit on your lap to watch TV and likes to watch Animal Planet and JR on the new Dallas show!  Brooke is very good with other dogs and would do well in a multi dog house or alone to get all the love available.  She had to have all of her teeth extracted due to years of neglect.  After her evening meal, she loves to curl up in her bed and take a little snooze and have a little quite time for herself.
