Hi folks, my name is Simon.  I am 3-4 years old.  before 5/24/2012, I was living in a barn until a nice woman rescued me and my friend, Annie and took me to Lucky Star.  It's like I was just born.  I did not know anything about a normal dog's life.  Yesterday I went down my first steps.  I do not know how to walk on a leash yet but I am trying and if you will help me, I will learn.  You have to be patient with me because everything is so new to me.  I am afraid of the first touch but I love to be help and sleep on your lap.  I need time to develop the trust of a human. I absolutely love to run with other dogs, bit and small.  The bigger the better!.  I have wrestled with Pit Bulls and run with Labs and held my own.  I come alive with other dogs.  My foster dad is really impressed with the way I am coming around, except that I am still afraid of the leash.  A fenced yard and patience to work with me and help me learn are a must.  I would also love to have another dog to play with and make me feel at home, since I have always had other dogs around.  I have plenty of time to learn since I am only about 3 years old.  I am small for a male Cavalier.  I have the potential of being an outstanding companion.  I am housebroken and like to ride in the car.  Small children would be too scarey for a cautious boy like me.
