Hello my name is Kuper (pronounced like Cooper). I am a Ruby male Cavalier, that weighs in at around 15lbs. My foster mom thinks I am very sweet but still a bit shy and timid. I love to sit in her lap though for as long as she will let me. I love to run around and play with my two foster Cavalier siblings. I am loving life right now!

I am five years old and now fully vet checked. I did have to have a few teeth pulled at my last vet visit but now my mouth feels better. My heart is free from a murmur and my eyes are in good health too! The vet said my knee is not in the greatest of shape and will likely need surgery in the near future. But that doesn't slow me down, my foster mom can't tell at all as I run around the house! My housetraining skills are getting better each day and my foster mom thinks I am a very fast learner.

If you have a place for Kuper in your home, he is still a bit shy but is very, very sweet. Please keep in mind that Kuper may need surgery to mend his luxating patella.  There are exercises that may strengthen the muscles so we'll be working on that during foster care.  

Out of state applications are encouraged and sometimes transport assistance is possible.
