Colby is a 1 year-old blenheim boy who was surrendered to Lucky Star by his family who didn't have enough time for him. From what we can tell, he spent a lot of time in a crate. He is now in a home with many other Cavaliers, young and old and he has learned how to play with other dogs and toys and thoroughly enjoys sleeping on the big bed. He is still working on his housebreaking and needs plenty of encouragement to go outside in the rain but that will work itself out over time.

Colby would like a home where there is family to include him in all their activiites and where he will not be left alone all day. Ideally, he would like a canine play companion as well and a fenced yard (not an invisible fence!). He does not have any major health issues at this time. He heart and knees are checking out fine but that heart should be checked every year, as should every Cavalier.
