Molly has been adopted and will be living in PA.

Molly is a very petite (8.5 lb.) young adult who is between 1-3 years old.  She is very energetic, active, and playful, is an avid investigator, and loves to frequently check out every corner in case anything has changed, loves toys and tries to engage the other  dogs in her foster family in play.  Molly also loves to cuddle, is very affectionate, and always knows when someone in the family sits as she is the first  to find the lap to snuggle in.  She also loves sleeping in the big bed with the other Cavaliers in the family and snuggles with them as readily as with the humans in the family.

           Molly was found as a stray, and rescued by a Lucky Star volunteer from a kill shselter.  Because Molly was  found as a wanderer, she needsa securely fenced yard or to be on a leash whenever she is outdoors.  She is comfortable on a leash.  It would be good if someone in her new family was home with her the majority of the time.  She is house trained.  Molly gets along well with the other dogs in her foster family.  It is unknown how she would adapt to cats.  She does tend to be over protective of her food at meal time which probably is a result of her being on her own for an unknown amount of time and having to find her food on her own.  Her foster family is working on this issue and she is doing better.  Molly would do best in a home with another young, active dog (or dogs) to play with.  Size doesn't seem to be an issue with Molly as she loves to try to engage her foster Springer Spaniel (43lbs) sister in play.

            Molly would be a wonderful, loving addition to your family.  She is currently in foster care in northwestern Arkansas.
