Milo is a 4 year old tricolor boy who thrives on attention and is very affectionate. He came into rescue due to his family no longer being able to keep him. At first he was very skittish and unsure of himself. He has learned a lot from the other foster dogs and has gradually become more comfortable. He really enjoys being in the yard with the other dogs. He is very observant and likes to have attention and positive feedback. He listens and wants to please.    He has made excellent improvement on housetraining but wears a belly band just in case. He is a nice size at 18 lbs.

Milo needs a family who will give him lots of love, encouragement and boundaries. He likes to jump right up on your lap - but gets an OK first. He loves to be held and petted. He loves to lick your face and will stop when you say so but he would rather keep licking you who knows how long!    He also takes good naps and finds spots where he likes to hang out and chill. He comes when called and sits for a treat. He needs a home that is fairly quiet and calm where he can continue to gain confidence. Having someone home most of the time would be best for him. These days he wags his tail a lot!  

Milo is neutered and is up to date on his vaccinations. His vet exam was normal including no heart murmur being heard. His lab work was all normal. Everyone who has met him thinks he is very cute and nice, He enjoys being admired!
