Betsy is a 2 ½ year old female who was released to Lucky Star Cavalier Rescue from a Commercial breeder. She has been spayed and had a dental and brought up to date on all her vaccinations. She is a small girl at 11 lbs. She is sweet and her foster family calls her a Velcro dog. She wants to be near her people! Betsy will only be adopted to a home where someone will be home all day. She will not do well in a home where she is left alone all day. She does not like crates. She loves sleeping with her foster family and would prefer a home where that will be possible. She has already mastered house training.

She has learned to walk on a leash and enjoys going for walks. She must have a physically fenced yard to play in. We will not consider homes without a fence. Betsy also needs another small companion dog in the home.

Betsy is being fostered near the Cincinnati, Ohio/Hebron, Kentucky border. We do not transport our dogs so an adopter must be within driving distance to adopt her.
