Mugsy is a 1 ½ year old, B&T male who came to Lucky Star through a shelter in Arkansas.   He was surrendered with his littermate, Darla, victims of a divorce with a couple that didn’t have time for them.   No issues, healthy and a happy dog. He would probably prefer a buddy as he is playful. He is a little shy at first with new people and places but warms up very quickly.
