Meet sweet gentle, Nicholas. Nicholas is a gorgeous 10 year old Blenheim male.  
He came to us from a puppy mill shy and frightened.  He has made remarkable progress in a short period of time. When Lucky Star rescued him, he had no strength in his legs to walk. Since gaining his freedom, this remarkable boy has found a new lease in life and enjoys going outside to run, play and just be a dog.   He loves being in a family, particularly a family with other dogs.

Nicholas has been neutered, housetrained, and up to date on all of his shots.  He still needs some work in learning to walk on a leash.  He does a have a mild heart murmur but does not require any medication. He has dry eye in one eye and will require daily eye drops.    

Nicholas is a very quiet, sweet, mellow boy that will just follow you and the other dogs around the house.  He is a little frightened at first but will warm up once he gets to know you. A home without children would be best for Nicholas as loud sudden noises and movements frighten him.
