My name is Autumn. I am 7 1/2 years old... I think. I was rescued from a puppy mill in Ohio along with my friend Nina. We lived together with our foster mom for a couple months. Then Nina found a wonderful home with a super nice mom and teenage daughter who turns out to be a great cuddlier.

 

Well, I am a great cuddler too and am now living with a foster family that has 3 other dogs who I play with and a couple teenagers who I snuggle with all night long. I have a heart murmur and I take 2 pills every time I eat and gobble them right down in my food. My foster dad says my meds are still cheaper than feeding a Labrador. All of my medical and dental work is up to date and I don't have to worry about having to give up any more puppies. My future is VERY bright now that I am learning how to be a dog and how to trust and love.

 

I love to play with my squeaky toys.    I really like the pink piggy. I would like to stay here forever but my fosters can't keep this many dogs, so they are trying to find me just the right family. 

 

I would like to have another mellow dog to snuggle with but I could be plenty happy as long as my forever family likes to cuddle. I am a pretty good walker on a leash but I really like running free in the fenced yard.  I think I could adapt to a lot of different homes but I really want one that will try to love me back as much as I will love them. I have only barked once in the last month (and it's not a loud bark) so a quiet community wouldn't be any problem. 

 

My life has been full of scares and challenges so far, but I am ready to show some lucky people or person just how much a 13 pound fur baby can love.
