Charles is s sweet 6-8 year old blenheim boy who spent most of his life in a puppy mill, then a short time in a home (6 months).  Due to a divorce, Charles was turned into a shelter where he was very well liked because he was so friendly and sociable.  He was even in a fashion show which was a fund raiser for the shelter.  Charles is deaf so the shelter turned to Lucky Star to find him a forever home.   He is in a foster home with another Cavalier boy, just about his age and has been a gentleman.  He has been working on his housebreaking and is doing very well.

Charles is being fostered in eastern PA.  Due to his deafness, we feel a home with another dog would be best for him.  He should have a fenced yard, and not an invisible fence.  

He has learned to use the stairs in his foster home but is still a bit hesitant.
