Rosie is an extremely sweet-tempered, 5 year-old cavalier that lives for attention.  She loves nothing more than snuggling with her human and fur companions.  When Rosie runs to greet you, she immediately flips over for a belly rub…that is her favorite!  Although a bit shy, she is extremely curious and friendly, and will cuddle next to anyone that wants to love on her.  

Her favorite toys are kongs and stuffed animals.  She loves to carry them around in her mouth and she stockpiles them in her crate when she’s had enough of them.  She is hesitant with tennis balls and anything that squeaks, but is slowly starting to show some interest in them.  

Upon being fostered, Rosie was hesitant to walk on a leash.  She is now doing fantastic with taking walks and she has learned to use the bathroom with her leash on as well.  Rosie has been doing well with her potty training and as long as she is let out several times a day, she does not have a tendency to have accidents.  WIth some continued consistency, she should be completely potty trained.

Rosie would do best with a calm family that is home most of the day.  She does great with kids, but she would probably thrive more without them because they startle her.  She needs a person or couple that is willing to share their bed…she LOVES to cuddle and this makes her the happiest.
