Lucy spent her four years as a breeding dog for a puppy mill.  She is shy, but also playful and happy.  She weighs 25 lbs so a little on the larger side and  has a beautiful “heart” thumbprint on her head, and a smile on her face. Lucy is a cavalier mix--perhaps a beaglier?  She has been fully vetted, has no apparent heart issues, a mildly luxating patella that causes her no issues, and is ready for her forever home.  She is being fostered in Wisconsin.  She is now ready for a new life where she will be cherished and loved.
