If you are looking for an affectionate, happy Cavalier, Naomi Campbell is your girl.

At around 6 years old and weighing 23 lbs., Campbell is the ideal snuggle partner who will never miss a chance to cozy up by your side. Campbell is still a few pounds overweight, however, her enthusiasm for playtime and walks ensures that she's well on her way to reaching her ideal weight.

Campbell has a big heart and a sweet personality. She adores human company and has quickly adapted to her foster family. Although she hasn't encountered cats or young children, her adaptable nature makes us hopeful for seamless introductions.

Initially a bit reserved, Campbell recently surprised everyone by happily sitting on the lap of a friend of her foster family. She loves going on walks with the other dogs in the house, and while her leash etiquette could be improved, she is eager to please and should learn quickly with some basic obedience training.

Campbell loves running around and playing outside and when she’s done, she’ll happily come inside to take a nap, preferably snuggled up to her foster family. Campbell loves to be petted, especially on her belly or behind her ears. She’s a bit of a picky eater and is learning to enjoy healthy treats like frozen green beans, banana, and strawberries. Her favorite food is cheese.

When her foster family leaves, Campbell goes in her crate without a fuss, receives a treat, and does not exhibit any separation anxiety. At night, Campbell is happy to sleep in her crate or on the bed, whichever her foster family prefers.

Campbell is housebroken, but her adopters need to keep her on a schedule and watch her carefully for signals that she needs to go outside. She did mark (like a male dog) for the first few days in her foster family’s home.

An ideal home for Campbell has a fenced yard (which is required for all our rescues) and at least one other dog. Campbell is well behaved but would benefit from some basic obedience training.

Campbell has been spayed, vaccinated, has a microchip, HW tested, and had a full exam.
