Jimmy is a very handsome 9-month old puppy from a Amish kennel in Ohio. He is happiest with his fur foster brother and his foster parents and wants to be with them at all times. Jimmy is a typical puppy, loves to run around and play hard but then crashes into a cuddly couch potato! He loves sleeping with his foster family in the big bed, going for walks (learning to leash walk) and being part of the action. Jimmy will need some further puppy training and will need to continue to learn leash walking as he is distracted easily, lunges towards loud noises and cars that drive by. Because of this, his fenced yard must be very secure and measures taken to prevent him from escaping or bolting out of a door. 

Jimmy is doing very well with his potty training and lets his foster mom know when he needs to go out, he still has not mastered steps and will need to be carried up and down stairs until he is fully able/comfortable. Jimmy is also "underfoot" as he has a need to be very close to his caretakers at all times. This needs to be a consideration for anyone who has concerns over tripping. Jimmy would do best with other dogs in the home to play with and someone home with him who can give him the attention and training he deserves.

Jimmy has been examined, received all vaccinations, neutered and there are no health concerns.  He is being fostered in Cincinnati.
